Join us for DREAMSCAPE, a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra and Sound experience designed to guide you into a state of profound rest and inner dreaming.

Be gently led through the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) while bathed in the immersive sounds of gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, shamanic drum, and other healing instruments. No experience is needed—simply come as you are and allow yourself to drift into your dreamscape.

After the session, enjoy a cup of chai, nourishing treats, and heartfelt connection as you ground and gently awaken from the dreamstate.

What to bring:

• A water bottle

• Notebook and pen (optional, for journaling)

• Mats, bolsters, and blankets provided, but feel free to bring your own comforts
