Part 1: 9:00 am – 10:30 am: Workshop on the 26&2 Series, including posture benefits and individual challenges, Q&A (heat off)
Part 2: 10:30 am – Midday: Practice the original 90-minute series, applying tips and tricks from Part 1 of the session (heat on)
