Join us for a deeply restorative morning of Yoga Nidra and Sound, held in a beautiful light-filled space in North Perth.

This special session is designed to guide you into profound relaxation, beginning with breath awareness to awaken the body before settling into a blissful state of rest.

As you are guided through Yoga Nidra - a deeply meditative practice - you will be immersed in the soothing vibrations of sound healing, allowing stress to melt away and inner stillness to emerge.

Afterward, enjoy some chai and nourishing treats, extending the sense of relaxation and connection.

Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own for extra comfort. Please bring a water bottle, and if you’d like, a notebook and pen to journal your reflections.
