As we move through a practice based on Chandra Namaskar (salutations to the moon), we exhale that which no longer serves us, and inhale new possibilities aligned with our true path.

Please bring a water bottle, as well as notebook and pen if you would like to.
Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
